The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh foods. I especially enjoyed the skyline pool available to hotel guests, with its adults-only spa area. We could access the hotel directly from the garage .

The breakfast buffet included a lot of options. Various fresh foods were available to all guests. The dinner choices were also diverse. They included meat, fish, and vegetarian options. Drink service during dinner was very fast.

The reception staff provided a warm welcome. They informed us about all hotel facilities. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Staff members were always ready to help us with our needs and requests.

The relax wellness de luxe room was really good! i highly recommend it. there were so many pools available. a great selection of saunas and solariums! the views were fantastic, especially from the rooftop infinity pool. I could have stayed there all day. lunch at the restaurant was great, especially because the package included €15 each to spend there!
The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a minor inconvenience. I really enjoy a morning coffee in my room. otherwise, everything was perfect!

Staff members were friendly and helpful. They addressed any questions i had quickly. reception staff offered useful advice about attractions nearby. the housekeeping service kept the rooms clean, and i really appreciate that.

This hotel offers dedicated cycling and walking tracks. I took full advantage of those! the hotel is an ideal base for day trips! it's also central and has secure underground parking. That was very useful.

Breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff was very kind. I had a great experience with a crib for the baby as it was the best crib among other hotels we tried.
We agreed on the phone what kind of room we needed. They gave the same category but a different shape of the room. They said no others were available.
